Are you passionate about creating meaningful change in your community? Do you dream of a society where women and girls have equal access to opportunities, where education is a right for all, and where local voices drive progress? If so, the Samuel Ioron Foundation invites you to join our grassroots leader’s programme.
Our grassroots leaders are everyday people with extraordinary determination to make a difference. Change doesn’t have to start big—it begins with the small, consistent actions you take within your family, among your friends, and in your community. Together, these small efforts can create transformation.
We are looking for individuals who are dissatisfied with the status quo—those who see the challenges women and girls face in being excluded from decision-making, denied access to quality education, or left behind in digital advancement—and are ready to do something about it.
As a grassroots leader, you will:
- Advocate for the rights of women and girls to access education and participate in decisions that shape their lives.
- Work with your local representatives, traditional rulers, and community leaders to spark dialogue and demand change.
- Help spread the message about the work we do and inspire others to join the movement.
- Be equipped with the skills and tools needed to hold leaders accountable and drive sustainable growth in your community.
We believe that when people come together to stand for justice, equality, and progress, real change happens. You don’t need to have prior experience—just a passion for change and a commitment to making a difference. We’ll provide you with the training, resources, and support you need to make your voice heard and your actions impactful.
