Data collected: Information you provide; metadata (submission time, IP truncated); uploads.

Use & sharing: Access limited to trained safeguarding staff. With your consent, we may refer to accredited service providers or law enforcement. Without consent, we may share if necessary to protect life/safety or a child.

Storage & security: Data encrypted in transit and at rest; role-based access; audit logs; file hash; data minimisation.

Retention: High-risk cases up to 7 years; low-risk/anonymous reports 2 years; aggregated statistics retained without identifiers.

Your rights (NDPA 2023): Access; rectification; erasure; restriction; objection; portability; withdraw consent.

Cross-border transfers: Only with adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) and need-to-know.
